A Tuesday with an agent-ready business

Let’s be upfront: the business in this post is invented. We’re not going to dress up a composite as a customer story with a first name and a stock photo. But every mechanism described is real and shipping, so think of this as a guided tour wearing a thin disguise.

Picture a physiotherapy practice in a mid-sized city. Two treatment rooms, one owner who answers the phone between appointments, a website last redesigned some years ago. She set up CoreLoop one evening: pasted her website address, corrected two services the AI had half-understood, deleted a treatment she no longer offers, published. Since then she hasn’t thought about it much. Which is the point.

7:40, coffee

Overnight, somewhere, someone asked their assistant about physiotherapy options near her district. The assistant queried her endpoint: services, hours, location. It got precise answers, in structured form, marked with when they were last updated. Maybe it recommended her; maybe it didn’t. She’ll never know about the ones that got away, and neither would she with the phone. What she can know is that the answer given about her was hers, not a guess assembled from an old crawl of her website.

10:15, between patients

One notification: an inquiry. Someone’s assistant sent a message on their user’s behalf, a question about post-surgery rehabilitation, with contact details. It sits in her inbox next to a second inquiry from the contact form on her page. Both passed the same spam limits on the way in; that’s why there are two and not forty. She replies to the rehab one from her email during lunch. Total new workflow learned: zero.

14:00, nothing happens

This is the honest middle of the post. Most of the value is silent. Her profile answered a handful of agent queries today; the automatic re-check of her website found nothing changed and touched nothing. The llms.txt file regenerated on request, current as always. No dashboard needed opening.

17:30, one approval

Last week she finally updated her website’s price list. Today’s re-crawl caught it, and because prices are a major change, CoreLoop didn’t touch her live profile. It queued the change for review instead. She opens the notification, sees the diff, taps approve. Every channel, page, agents, directory, now says the new prices. That was the day’s entire administrative burden: one tap.

The weekend view

Saturday morning she looks at analytics for the first time in a while. Interaction counts, which questions agents ask most (hours, then services), the query log. One query reads “does she treat sports injuries”, and her profile doesn’t quite say. She edits her description to mention it. Two minutes, and a gap an agent found is a gap no longer.

No fireworks, then. What an agent-ready Tuesday actually looks like is subtraction: fewer wrong answers circulating about you, fewer calls that are really just “are you open”, and a quiet accumulation of being recommendable, correctly, in places you can’t see. We won’t promise you a flood of customers by Tuesday. We can promise Tuesday takes care of itself.
