Agents answer from your profile, and it stays current two ways: you edit it in plain language, and CoreLoop re-reads your website — automatically once a week on paid plans, and whenever you refresh it on Free — queueing every change it finds for your approval. When an agent’s user wants to book, the request reaches you as an inquiry in your dashboard inbox.
Credentials and control
When connections run, they run through CoreLoop’s managed gateway with per-business isolation. Your credentials for connected systems are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, so they are never held in readable form, and every callback is signature-verified before a byte of it is processed.
