Inquiries

Messages from AI agents and from your page’s contact form land in one inbox, spam-limited at the door, with a notification and an email for each.

When an AI assistant’s user wants to reach you, or a visitor on your page does, the message becomes an inquiry, and every inquiry lands in the same place: Dashboard → Inbox.

Two doors, one inbox

  • The agent door. Assistants can send an inquiry on their user’s behalf through your agent channels, it’s the one thing agents can do (rather than ask) in the current toolset, and the only one.
  • The web door. Visitors on your CoreLoop page use the inquiry form directly.

Either way you get an in-app notification and an email, and the message waits in your inbox with its context.

When the sender left an email address, CoreLoop also sends them a short confirmation that the message reached you, so nobody is left wondering whether it went through. Those confirmations are plain: anything the sender typed is shown as text, never as a working link, so a confirmation can’t be turned into a delivery vehicle for somebody else’s URL.

Spam protection you don’t have to manage

Both doors share one set of limits, so they can’t be stacked against you:

  • 3 messages per day per sender, per business.
  • 50 messages per day per business in total.
  • 2,000 characters per message, plain text only, formatting and code stripped.
  • A flood guard on the web form catches rapid-fire submissions before they count.

What reaches you is worth your time. There’s nothing to configure and no spam folder to patrol.

What agents can never do

No agent channel can edit your profile, change your settings, or see other customers’ messages. Inquiries are the single, narrow write path, and everything else is read-only. The full security posture is on Trust.

Your own email inbox (Pro)

On the Pro plan you can also give your business its own email address, so anything people send to it arrives in this same inbox as a conversation. It’s off until you switch it on, and it has its own arrival limits, separate from the inquiry doors above. Your email inbox covers how to turn it on and how replies work.

Tip: Reply promptly right from the Inbox. Open the message and use the reply box to answer in the same thread when the sender left a reply address; if they didn’t, reach them with the phone or email they included. If a reply can’t be delivered it’s marked Not delivered in the thread, so you know to try another way. An assistant that watched its inquiry get answered quickly has a good story to tell about you.
