Create your profile
Paste your website address, review what CoreLoop’s AI understood, and fix anything that’s off. No website? Start manually instead.
Setup starts at app.coreloop.so/onboard and has three steps: paste, review, publish. This page covers the first two.
Paste your website address
Give CoreLoop your website URL. Our AI reads the site and drafts a structured profile from what it finds: business name, description, services, opening hours, locations, contact details. Extraction usually finishes while you watch, though a large site can take longer.
Review the draft
The draft is a suggestion, not a decision. You’ll see every extracted field, and CoreLoop tells you how confident it is about each one. Fields the AI wasn’t sure about are flagged for your attention, so you can spend your review time where it matters.
- Confident fields are filled in and ready.
- Uncertain fields are marked for review; check them before publishing.
- If the AI found no services at all, it asks you to add them yourself rather than guessing.
- If the whole extraction came back weak, CoreLoop switches to a manual-entry path and shows what it found only as suggestions.
Tip: Agents quote your profile, not your website. If your site says “prices on request” everywhere, the review step is your chance to give agents something concrete to say. See Services for what a well-filled service looks like.
No website? Start manually
You can create a profile without any website. It starts in manual mode: you type in your details, and no crawl happens. If you add a website address later, the AI pipeline picks it up from there.
What happens next
Nothing is public yet. Your reviewed profile waits for one deliberate step: publishing.
