Locations
Every plan supports multiple locations, each with its own address, hours, and contact details, served consistently on every channel.
A business is where it is, and many businesses are in more than one place. CoreLoop profiles support multiple locations on every plan: one on Free, three on Starter, effectively unlimited on Pro and above.
What each location carries
Address, city, postal code, country, map coordinates, service area, timezone, phone number, and its own operating hours. Locations are real records, not lines of text, which is what lets agents answer location questions properly: “is the Kamppi branch open on Saturday?” is a different question from “are they open on Saturday?”, and an agent reading your profile can tell the difference.
When you have no front door, or no fixed hours
Not every business has a place customers walk into, and not every business keeps set hours. Two switches in the Locations tab let you tell agents the truth rather than leaving a blank they might misread:
- Locations — We have a place customers can visit (your address is shown and shared), We have no physical location (agents are told there is nowhere to visit; your service area is still shared), or Prefer not to say (nothing about location is shared, and it stops counting towards your profile score).
- Opening hours — We have set opening hours (your weekly hours are shown and agents can answer “are they open now?”), We are always open (agents are told you’re available around the clock), or Prefer not to say (nothing about hours is shared, and agents can’t answer availability questions).
Anything you switch off stays saved. Turn it back on and it’s all still there.
One list, every channel
All channels draw locations from the same list. Your page shows them with a map, your llms.txt lists them, agent channels serve them per query, and the directory places you in the right city searches. Add or edit a location once and every surface follows.
Plan limits, handled gently
If you hit your plan’s location count, adding another asks you to upgrade; nothing is lost or blocked beyond that. If you ever downgrade below your current count, over-limit locations are hidden, never deleted. They come straight back when you upgrade again. See Downgrades and your data for the full guarantees.
Tip: Set the timezone per location. Opening-hours answers are one of the most common agent queries, and the timezone is what keeps “open now” honest across cities.
