Languages
The dashboard speaks 18 languages for everyone. On Pro and above, your profile content is auto-translated too, and agents answer in the asker’s language.
Two different things can be multilingual: the dashboard you work in, and the profile content agents and visitors read. CoreLoop does both, and it’s worth knowing which is which.
The dashboard: 18 languages, every plan
The CoreLoop dashboard is available in 18 languages: English, Finnish, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Estonian, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Czech, Hungarian, and Romanian. Pick yours; it changes nothing about what your customers see.
Your content: translated on Pro and above
Profile content translation is a Pro feature. Enable the languages you want, and CoreLoop auto-translates your translatable content into each one: your name, tagline, descriptions, category, cancellation policy, accessibility information, and each service’s name, description, and category.
Factual data is never translated. Your phone number, email, hours, and prices are language-independent, and translating them could only introduce errors.
How agents pick a language
When an AI assistant asks about your business, it can request a language, and your agent channels honour it: the requested language if you have it, your original language if not. The cross-business directory does the same. Agent-to-agent callers see the languages you speak advertised on your agent card. And only completed translations are ever served, so your business never appears half-translated anywhere.
One exception: your llms.txt file stays in your original content language. It’s a static pointer document; its job is routing agents to the live, localised channels, not duplicating them. Details in the llms.txt reference.
If you downgrade
Translations are preserved, not deleted. Your served language set shrinks back to your original language, and re-upgrading restores every translation as it was. See Downgrades and your data.
Tip: Translation regenerates automatically when you edit translatable fields. Edit in your own language and let the cascade do the rest; there is no separate “retranslate” chore.
