Free
A real, working setup, not a teaser. Your AI-built profile, your CoreLoop Page, agent access over every live channel, llms.txt, the website paste-block, and basic analytics. One location. Your profile is refreshed when you ask for it — Refresh now on your profile page — rather than on an automatic schedule.
Starter
Everything in Free, plus the Verified badge (once you qualify), an automatic weekly re-crawl of your website, the option to run both front doors at once (your CoreLoop page and your own website), inquiry, discovery-source and agent-platform analytics with 30 days of history, and page customisation. Up to 3 locations.
Pro
Everything in Starter, plus profile translations, live integrations with your business systems — Pro is where connections start — team access — invite up to 10 members with roles, your own business email inbox, higher agent rate limits (see MCP for the numbers), a custom domain for your page, and locations without a practical cap.
Agency
Everything in Pro, built out for running many client businesses: a multi-client area with scheduled, white-label client reports. Agency plans are arranged directly rather than self-serve: contact us and we’ll set you up. If you’re an agency today, start with the agency rollout playbook.
Enterprise
Pro/Agency capabilities plus API access, with SSO and a service-level agreement available on request, arranged directly rather than self-serve. Contact us.
Trying CoreLoop
There is no trial period. The Free plan is the way to try CoreLoop: it is free for as long as you like, with a live page and agent presence included. Paid plans bill immediately when you subscribe, and you can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancelling puts you on Free, and downgrading never deletes data.
Managing billing
Subscription, invoices, and payment details live at Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; entitlements follow your subscription automatically.
