Analytics
See how agents interact with your business, interaction counts, tool usage, protocols, discovery sources, the query log, and page views.
Every agent interaction with your business is logged, no silent requests, and rolled up into the analytics at Dashboard → Analytics.
What you can see today
- Interaction counts — how often agents queried your business, over time.
- Tool usage — which questions they ask: services, hours, reviews, inquiries.
- Channel breakdown — which agent channels the traffic arrives through.
- Agent platforms — which AI platforms are asking: Claude, ChatGPT and the rest, so you can see where your customers’ assistants live (Starter and above).
- Discovery sources — how agents found you in the first place.
- The query log — what was actually asked, so you can see your business through an agent’s eyes.
- Page views — human traffic on your CoreLoop page.
- Benchmarks — how your listing compares with businesses in your category and city (Pro and above).
Numbers update on a nightly rollup. The dashboard reads the pre-aggregated summaries rather than raw logs, which keeps it instant no matter how much traffic you get. How far back you can look depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter, 90 on Pro and above.
What the numbers mean
Analytics measures attention: who’s asking, what, through which channel. The signals that things are working are the query log filling up and inquiries arriving in your inbox.
Privacy, by construction
Analytics identifies patterns, not people. Agent identifiers are hashed before storage, IP addresses are never stored in full anywhere, and your analytics are visible to your business only. More in Trust.
Tip: Read the query log occasionally, it’s the closest thing to hearing customers think. If agents keep asking something your profile doesn’t answer, that’s your next profile edit.
