Add CoreLoop to your own website

Your CoreLoop page is agent-ready out of the box. Your own website can be too: copy one block from your dashboard, paste it into your site’s HTML, then run the check from your dashboard. The discovery half works the moment it is pasted, and the block itself is free on every plan. The in-page tools are part of the Pro plan, and they answer once your website code is verified.

What’s in the block

Two parts, one paste:

1. Discovery markup. A small piece of structured data (schema.org JSON-LD) that tells visiting AI crawlers who you are and where your always-current information lives: your CoreLoop page, your agent endpoint, your llms.txt file, and which languages you speak. It contains pointers rather than details, so it never goes stale when your hours or prices change. Agents follow them to the live answers.
2. The in-page tools loader. A lightweight script that registers your read-only business tools (services, hours, prices) in the visitor’s browser using the WebMCP standard, so an AI assistant built into the browser can answer from your site directly. It also carries the page shortcuts you approve for this site — open your pricing page, read your opening hours, open your booking page — and, on a contact or booking form you approve, form pre-fill: the assistant enters the details the visitor already gave it, after the visitor confirms on the page, and never sends the form. Sending you an inquiry is deliberately left out of the browser and stays on your direct agent connections. It registers once your website code is verified; see the WebMCP reference.

Verifying your site

After pasting, run the check from your dashboard. CoreLoop fetches your site, confirms the snippet is in place, and marks your website as verified for this purpose. That verification is what authorises the in-page tools to answer on your domain, tools respond only to your confirmed website, nobody else’s.

Note this is a different thing from the public Verified badge, which has its own requirements.

Drift alerts

A pasted snippet is a copy; CoreLoop can’t reach into your site to update it. So it checks weekly instead: if your pasted block no longer matches current URLs, you get a notification telling you to re-paste. Set-and-forget, with a safety net.

Control

The two halves of the block are governed differently, and it’s worth knowing which is which.

The discovery markup is a hyperlink. Once pasted it lives on your server and points at your public profile; nothing on CoreLoop’s side retracts it, and nothing needs to.

The in-page tools answer only while CoreLoop says they should, which means all of the following must hold: you are on the Pro plan or above, your website code is verified (the check above), your profile is published, your website is one of your chosen destinations in Where people and agents find you, and the “your own website” channel switch is on. Switch it off and the tools stop within a few minutes: a page that is already open drops them at its next refresh (the signed tool list is valid for at most five minutes), and a page loaded in the next minute can still see the previous state before the 60-second cache expires. Destinations are a separate matter from the tools: picking your website alone as a destination is free on every plan, while running your website and your CoreLoop page as destinations at the same time is part of the paid plans.

Keeping the block current

Page shortcuts need the current version of the block. When your approved shortcuts need a newer version than the one you pasted, your Tools page shows Update your website code with the new snippet — copy it over the old one, once, and they start working. The tools built from your profile keep answering on the older block in the meantime. This is separate from the drift alert above, which is about the URLs inside the block rather than its version.

Tip: Paste the block into your site’s shared header or layout so it’s present on every page. Agents don’t only enter through the front door.
