Publish and go live

Publishing switches on every channel at once, your page, agent access, directory listing. Unpublishing is the master off switch.

Publishing is one action with platform-wide effect. The moment you publish, your profile becomes the single source of truth for every channel, and they all go live together:

  • Your page at coreloop.so/your-name starts serving visitors.
  • Agent channels start answering AI assistants’ questions with your real services, hours, and locations.
  • Your llms.txt file appears where AI crawlers expect it.
  • The directory lists your business for cross-business searches.

Nothing is served from an unpublished profile. Draft, unpublished, and suspended profiles are invisible to agents; an assistant asking about them gets a not-available answer, not stale data. If CoreLoop has paused your business, Troubleshooting explains what that means and how to get it lifted.

The master switch

Unpublishing reverses all of it, instantly. Every agent channel stops responding the moment you unpublish; there is no propagation delay on CoreLoop’s side. This is your master kill switch, and it’s always available in the dashboard.

For finer control, each channel also has its own switch; see Where people and agents find you. One distinction worth repeating: hiding your public page is not the same as unpublishing. With the page hidden, human visitors are redirected to your own website, while agent channels keep answering.

Tip: Publish before polishing. Your profile can be edited freely after it’s live, and every edit propagates to all channels automatically. A published good profile beats an unpublished perfect one.
