Keeping your profile fresh

An agent-readable profile is only useful while it’s true. CoreLoop re-reads your website and keeps your profile in step with it, without ever making a decision for you.

The cadence

Every paid plan gets an automatic re-check once a week. Free plans are not re-checked automatically — on Free, refreshing is something you do when you want it.

Refresh now, on your profile page, works on every plan including Free. It runs an immediate re-check and doesn’t change your schedule.

Nothing is applied without you

Everything a re-check finds waits for your approval. There is no category of change that CoreLoop writes into your profile behind your back — not hours, not prices, not services, not your description.

When a re-check finds something, your profile is flagged as having changes to review and you get one notification. Until you approve them, every channel keeps serving the last version you approved. Review them in Dashboard → Profile. A summary bar appears above the tabs while anything is pending, and each proposal sits under the field it concerns with Use this or Keep mine.

Tip: Nothing a re-check finds is applied until you approve it — including hours, prices and phone numbers.

When your website hasn’t changed

If a re-check finds your website unchanged since the last one, CoreLoop stops right there: no re-reading, no review queue, no notification. You hear from the re-crawl only when there is genuinely something to decide.

When a crawl fails

Websites have bad days, and some block automated readers. A failed crawl retries once after six hours. If it fails again, nothing breaks: your current profile stays live and untouched, and CoreLoop emails you so you know the sync is paused. Agents never see an error because your website had one.

Tip: The re-crawl also powers the website route to the Verified badge: it looks for a link to your CoreLoop page on your site. The badge needs a paid plan anyway, so the weekly re-check is already running for you.
