Custom domains
Serve your CoreLoop Page — and the agent files that belong with it — at your own domain. Pro and above. You keep control of your DNS; CoreLoop never touches your records.
On Pro and above, your CoreLoop Page can live at your own domain, yourbusiness.com instead of coreloop.so/yourbusiness. Same page, same live profile behind it, your name on the door.
How setup works
- Enter your domain in the dashboard. CoreLoop registers it and shows you exactly which DNS records to add.
- Add those records with your domain provider. This step is always yours: CoreLoop never modifies DNS records on your behalf, by hard policy. You keep sole control of your domain.
- CoreLoop verifies the records and starts serving your page on your domain.
While DNS changes propagate, your domain shows as Setting up in the dashboard. CoreLoop keeps re-checking on its own, spacing the checks further apart as time passes, so a slow provider needs nothing from you. Some domains require an extra ownership-proof record (a TXT entry); if yours does, the dashboard tells you the exact value to add.
Domain states, in plain language
- Setting up — waiting for your DNS records to be added or to propagate.
- One more step — an ownership-proof TXT record is required; the dashboard shows it.
- Active — verified and serving. This is the only state where your domain is live.
- Needs attention — it worked and stopped, usually a changed DNS record. Your coreloop.so address keeps working throughout.
- Checks paused — switched off without releasing the domain, so you can re-enable later.
A domain can belong to exactly one business across all of CoreLoop; the first business to connect it holds it.
What your domain serves
Your public page, and the agent-facing files that belong with it: your llms.txt file and your agent card resolve at your domain, and agent requests for your business are answered there too — so an assistant that arrived via your domain never has to hop back to coreloop.so mid-conversation. Your canonical coreloop.so addresses keep working the whole time, so nothing an agent already learned about you breaks. Your dashboard stays on coreloop.so.
If your plan changes
Custom domains are a Pro-and-above feature. Drop below Pro and the domain is switched off rather than released — your coreloop.so link keeps serving, and the domain is ready to re-verify when you upgrade again.
Tip: Your coreloop.so link never stops working, before, during, or after custom-domain setup. There’s no cutover moment to get wrong.
