Deleting your account or company

Deleting is separate from downgrading. Downgrading never removes data; deleting does — so you get a window to change your mind.

Two different deletions

• Delete this company removes one business: its profile, page, agent connections, inbox, and files. Other companies in your account are untouched.
• Delete account removes you as a user. Companies where you are the only member go with you; companies where others remain, you simply leave.

Both live in your dashboard settings, and only an owner can start either one.

What happens immediately

The moment you confirm:

• The public page goes offline and AI agents stop finding the business — the same instant effect as unpublishing.
• Deleting your account signs you out straight away, and your email address stays reserved so nobody can claim it in the meantime.

Nothing is erased yet.

The 7-day window

For 7 days the deletion is fully reversible. If you change your mind, or delete something by accident, contact support and everything is restored exactly as it was — profile, page, services, inbox, analytics history.

After 7 days the deletion is carried out for real, and it is thorough: your profile and all its content, your services and locations, your uploaded files and images, your conversations and inquiries, your analytics, and every cached copy CoreLoop holds. Audit records are anonymised rather than kept, so there’s no shadow copy of you sitting behind the deletion.

When CoreLoop asks you to do something first

If you own a company that other people are still using, CoreLoop won’t let you delete your account out from under them. It asks you to hand ownership to another member first, then delete. The dashboard lists exactly which companies would be deleted, which you’d simply leave, and which are blocking, before you confirm anything.
