The agency rollout: ten clients, one process
A repeatable per-client process for agencies putting a portfolio of businesses on CoreLoop, honest about today’s tooling.
Outcome: a client-onboarding process you can run in your sleep, same steps, same quality bar, every client, so putting the next business on CoreLoop is an assembly line, not a project.
You need: an Agency plan (contact us — Agency is arranged directly, not self-serve), your clients’ website addresses, and a point of contact per client who can approve a review and (ideally) edit their website once.
Agency accounts get a multi-client area at Dashboard → Clients, with scheduled white-label client reports. This playbook is the per-client loop that fills it.
The per-client loop
Run this once per client. After the third client you’ll have it down cold.
1. Intake (client does this once). Website address, plus whatever their site undersells, the service list they wish they’d published, cancellation policy, accessibility notes. A one-page form covers it.
2. Crawl and review (you). Paste the site at onboarding, then review the AI draft wearing the client’s customers’ shoes. Fix low-confidence fields, name services the way customers search, put comparable services in shared categories for automatic comparison answers. This review is where your expertise visibly beats a client doing it alone.
3. Client sign-off. Send the draft for approval before publishing. It’s their truth; they confirm it. Nothing goes live from a crawl without review anyway, that’s how CoreLoop works, so this step costs you nothing extra.
4. Publish and wire the website. Publish, then send the client’s webmaster (or do it yourself, if you run their site) the two-edits-in-one-session package: the paste-block in the header, and the page link in the footer for the Verified badge. One HTML session per client, two lasting assets.
5. Configure channels deliberately. In Where people and agents find you, set the switches per client. A client protective of their website traffic may want the page hidden and agents on, that’s a supported configuration, not a workaround.
6. Handoff or retainer. Either hand the client their dashboard login and a 15-minute walkthrough (inbox and analytics are the two screens that matter), or keep profile maintenance as a retainer line: read the query log monthly, close the gaps it reveals, approve re-crawl changes. The inquiries playbook is your retainer checklist.
Portfolio habits that scale
- Keep a per-client checklist row: published · paste-block verified · badge earned · languages enabled (Pro clients) · first inquiry received. Five checkmarks = rollout done.
- Batch your monthly maintenance: all query logs in one sitting, all pending re-crawl approvals in the next.
- Quote translation (Pro feature) to every client with foreign visitors; it’s the easiest upsell in the product and takes you minutes.
Done when
A new client goes from intake form to five checkmarks inside a week, without you inventing anything client-specific.
