Turn agent visits into inquiries

Tune your profile so agent answers end in a message to you, and set the small habits that turn messages into customers.

Outcome: agents that look at your business don’t just get answers, they get answers good enough to recommend you, and the people they’re helping have a clear path to your inbox. Plus the two habits that make the inbox pay.

You need: a published profile and about an hour, once, then minutes per week.

Step 1 — Read the query log

Open Analytics and read what agents actually ask about you. This is the cheapest market research you’ll ever do. Look for the question that keeps coming and isn’t quite answered by your profile. That’s your first edit.

Step 2 — Close the gaps agents found

For each recurring question your profile doesn’t answer, fix the field that should answer it:

  • Asked about a service you offer but never listed? Add it, in Services, named the way the asker phrased it.
  • Asked “do they do X” where X is a specialty? Work it into your descriptions, the short one especially; it’s the sentence assistants quote.
  • Asked about policies (cancellation, accessibility)? Those are dedicated profile fields. Filled fields are answered questions.

Step 3 — Make the comparison answer yours

If you offer variants (basic and premium, 30 and 60 minutes), put them in the same category with descriptions that state the actual difference. Two or more services in a category automatically gives agents a comparison tool, and “what’s the difference?” is the question right before a decision.

Step 4 — Check both doors are open

Inquiries arrive two ways: agents send them through your agent channel, and visitors send them from the form on your page. Confirm your notification email is one you actually read, and know that spam limits (3 per sender per day, 50 per business per day, shared across both doors) are already patrolling the gate for you. Details in the inquiries doc.

Step 5 — Set the reply habit

An inquiry is warmer than a directory click: someone told an assistant they wanted you, specifically. Reply the same business day, by email or phone, using the contact the sender left. Nothing about CoreLoop’s machinery matters more to the outcome than this step.

Done when

  • The query log’s top questions are all answered by your profile.
  • At least one category has a real comparison to offer.
  • Inquiries get same-day replies for a few weeks running.

Repeat step 1 monthly; the questions drift as your customers do.
